Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bji9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bji9 website located at bji9.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, account management, and customer support functions.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bji9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bji9 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. During the account registration and verification process, you will be required to submit government-issued identification confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other officially recognised government-issued identification document valid in Bangladesh.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features on bji9, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payment linkage), and a chosen username and password.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bji9 reserves the right to close all such accounts and consolidate or forfeit any balances held within them at its sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bji9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. bji9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person, not to allow any third party to access or use your account, and not to transfer your account to any other individual under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is considered your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to bji9 support promptly and in writing.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact bji9 support immediately via the live chat function available on the platform. bji9 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of a verified report of unauthorised access, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before such a report is received and verified.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bji9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank. • Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfers may take up to three business days.

Bonuses and Promotions

bji9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are published alongside the offer and form part of these general Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall take precedence with respect to that offer only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all bji9 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the specified wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each offer. Uncompleted wagering on expired bonuses will result in the bonus balance being removed.
• bji9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on bji9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game at the time the bet is placed. General betting rules applicable across all sports markets on bji9 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bji9 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or reverse a confirmed bet except where permitted under the specific sport rules (e.g., event cancellation or postponement rules).
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the platform's betting rules section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and availability. bji9 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply per market and per event and are displayed within the betting interface.
• bji9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a technical error, pricing feed failure, or human error, and will in such cases refund the original stake to the player's account.

Casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and other RNG-based games operate according to the rules of the individual game as published by the respective software provider. bji9 is not responsible for errors in game rules documentation published by third-party providers, but will work with the relevant provider to resolve any verified discrepancy affecting a player.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bji9 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or any other technical vulnerability in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers or guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund a bji9 account (money laundering).
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or at any other point in the account lifecycle.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bji9 support staff or other platform users.

In all cases where bji9 is found to be liable to you under these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of bji9 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bji9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

bji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, bji9 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bji9 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
